This two-day interactive workshop provides less experienced trainers with an overview of the training process and shows them how to make each element yield effective learning results. Participants, through team and individual application of the techniques presented, will learn:

Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Substitutions of registrants can be made at any time. Cancellations and transfers are subject to a 25% charge unless received in writing one week prior to the program. Registrants who do not cancel in writing prior to the program date and who do not attend are responsible for the entire fee.

Instructor Background:
Nancy Lampen, Director, Human Resources and Management Development Programs, Cornell University-ILR, Rochester. She designs, teaches, and manages programs in the areas of interpersonal and organizational communications, crisis communication, and train-the-trainer. Formerly, she was a professor of communications and was selected for Who's Who in America's Teachers, 1998 Edition.
