Cost-Reimbursement Contracts

  • Use of the cost-reimbursement contract. Cost, cost-sharing, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-award-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee, time-and-materials, and labor-hour contracts. Cost risk of performance under cost-reimbursement contracts.

Funding and Financial Administration

  • Methods of financing. Provisional payments. Guaranteed loans. Advance payments. Contract funding. Allowable, reasonable, and allocable costs. Processing payments. Payment of fixed fee. Limitation of Cost/Funds clauses. Prompt Payment Act. Audit rights.

Monitoring, Inspecting, and Accepting Contractor Performance
