Participants will learn all aspects of workover planning and procedures necessary to avoid a kick, identify a kick, kill a well safely and quickly, and avoid a blowout, whether below or above ground. This course adapts all of the known technology of blowout prevention on drilling wells to the different workover configurations, with respect to differences in casing protection, downhole tools, and customary rig equipment. Fee per person: $2750.
