Greenwald, Esq., Private Attorney, specializing in the field of employment practices and litigation. She advises, counsels, trains, and handles all aspects of employment law litigation. Formerly, she was in-house counsel at NBC and has appeared on Court TV and CNBC. Lisa L. Hunter, President, Newport Consulting Group, a human resources consulting firm specializing in compensation and organization effectiveness. She has over 20 years' experience in human resources policy development, as well as in the design and implementation of compensation programs and performance management systems. Ms. Kalish has 15 years' experience in labor relations law, employment practices and benefits, and arbitration. Mr. Kalish represents management with regard to all aspects of labor and employment law, including counseling on employment-related issures and representation in litigation and administrative proceedings. William Milani, Esq., Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. His expertise includes representing management in the areas of EEO laws, laws pertaining to the employer/employee business relationship generally, and international employment law. Mr. Milani has counseled foreign multinational clients doing business in the United States on the unique labor and employment law issues they face. Robert J. Nobile, Esq., Partner, Seyfarth, Shaw, Fairweather & Geraldson, specializing in labor/employment law. He has 15 years' experience as an employment lawyer and ten years' as an HR professional. Rattner, Esq., Partner, Proskauer Rose LLP, a labor and employment law firm. She practices in the field of employee benefits and executive compensation Donald W.
