Seminar Overview
This seminar is for anyone involved in work or project teams. This seminar will help team members or managers learn how to make their teams more effective. How to create, manage, and sustain high-performance teams will be discussed. Topics include: characteristics of effective teams, stages of team development, examining team members' behavioral styles, establishing team rules and procedures, making team decisions, and maintaining effective teams. In-house only. Fee per person: $425.
