Strategic planning is essential for today's human resources professionals. Just having a HR philosophy of service to the organization is not enough. HR's focus must remain on the organization's business plan.
Strategic HR planning encompasses strategy, department operations, prioritization of initiatives that link to business strategy, a marketing plan, and a budget that supports these efforts. HR professionals must understand the assimilation of these components to desired outcomes from the HR function and its overall impact on organizational results. This workshop offers this multidimensional perspective. You will:

Substitution and Cancellation Policy
Substitutions of registrants can be made at any time. Cancellations and transfers are subject to a 25% charge unless received in writing one week prior to the program. Registrants who do not cancel in writing prior to the program date and who do not attend are responsible for the entire fee.
