Substitution and Cancellation Policy

and Executive Education at Rollins College.
His teaching and research focuses on HR
management, organization development,
organization behavior, training and development,
and leadership.
Cathy Lee Gibson,MBA, SPHR, is the President
of NovaCore Performance Consulting, LLC. Ms.
Gibson possesses more than 20 years of training,
consulting, HR, and management experience
from a range of industries, organizations, and
sectors. She most recently served as the Director
of Human Resource Management Programs at
Cornell University’s ILR School. In this role, Ms.
Gibson designed and directed all aspects of the
human resource management program and
instructed and facilitated numerous public and
on-site workshops for managers and HR professionals.
Her expertise spans a variety of topics,
with a particular focus on strategic interviewing
and performance management initiatives.
Thomas Horvath, Principal, Berkeley Court
Advisers, LLC. Mr. Horvath’s professional career
ranges from customer service representative
