When you increase your skills in working with other people, you increase your ability to succeed in almost all aspects of work and life. The principles, practice, and discovery elements of this dynamic, two day "people skills" workshop will enable you to:
- learn more about yourself and how you affect others
- understand why people react the way they do
- better influence the results you get when interacting with others
- stand up for yourself and your ideas without offending
- turn around relationships that have gone sour
- change your own interpersonal skills and habits

- examining your current leadership style and its impact on others
- improving self-esteem and confidence: yours and others'
- how to recognize, evaluate, and eliminate self-defeating habits and actions -- focus on your specific issues

Substitution and Cancellation Policy
Substitutions of registrants can be made at any time. Cancellations and transfers are subject to a 25% charge unless received in writing one week prior to the program. Registrants who do not cancel in writing prior to the program date and who do not attend are responsible for the entire fee.

Prior to founding his firm, he held senior
positions with service industry businesses.
Gene L. Moncrief, Managing Director,
Moncrief & Associates, a firm specializing in
interpersonal relations consulting and training.
Ms. Moncrief specializes in communication
skills, team development and maintenance,
assertiveness training, and executive coaching.
Formerly, she held a senior position with
