When you increase your skills in working with other people, you increase your ability to succeed in almost all aspects of work and life. The principles, practice, and discovery elements of this dynamic, two day "people skills" workshop will enable you to:

  • change your own interpersonal skills and habits

Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Substitutions of registrants can be made at any time. Cancellations and transfers are subject to a 25% charge unless received in writing one week prior to the program. Registrants who do not cancel in writing prior to the program date and who do not attend are responsible for the entire fee.

Instructor Background:
Cal Sutliff, Founder, Cal Sutliff Associates, a training consulting firm known for its work in management development, team building, and interpersonal and leadership skills. Mr. Sutliff has 20 years of experience with private sector, government, and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to founding his firm, he held senior positions with service industry businesses.

Gene L. Moncrief, Managing Director, Moncrief & Associates, a firm specializing in interpersonal relations consulting and training. Ms. Moncrief specializes in communication skills, team development and maintenance, assertiveness training, and executive coaching. Formerly, she held a senior position with American Express and was director of corporate programs for Pace University.
