This interactive, one-day workshop explores the legal and policy concerns related to this complex workplace issue. As a participant in this workshop students will review and explore the guidelines for identifying inappropriate behavior; the laws, agency interpretations and court cases; and the key elements necessary for writing and implementing policies and procedures. Fee per person: $895. Fee includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments.For employers, prevention is the key to avoiding illegal harassment on the job, including sexual, racial, religious, ethnic, age, disability, and other types of harassment. This interactive one-day workshop examines the legal and policy concerns related to this complex workplace issue. You will review and explore:

Substitution and Cancellation Policy
Substitutions of registrants can be made at any time. Cancellations and transfers are subject to a 25% charge unless received in writing one week prior to the program. Registrants who do not cancel in writing prior to the program date and who do not attend are responsible for the entire fee.
