Impressions of you and your organization often depend on how well you communicate in writing. We are all called upon to communicate important messages in writing to inspire action or response, and it's often difficult to assess how these messages are received. Effective writing always requires careful consideration of the reader and how you present your message, even in e-mails. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn and practice proven writing techniques that will help you:
- Manage your work and business relationships using the written word
- Put your words to work for you
- Express your personality on the page
- Focus on your key strategic message
- Write ideas in clear language and an easy-to-read format
- Make the writing process faster and more comfortable

Note: Enrollment is limited to 14 participants to allow for ample writing practice and critiquing. Special Features Writing sample evaluation: before the workshop begins, the instructor will give you an evaluation of your written work based on three samples you submit

Substitution and Cancellation Policy
Substitutions of registrants can be made at any time. Cancellations and transfers are subject to a 25% charge unless received in writing one week prior to the program. Registrants who do not cancel in writing prior to the program date and who do not attend are responsible for the entire fee.
