Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Formerly, she held a senior position with American Express and was director of corporate programs for Pace University.

Elaine Kamm, President, EKGroup. She is a leadership development consultant with more than 20 years of executive human resources experience, specializing in leadership training, executive coaching, and succession management. Formerly, Ms. Kamm was vice president, executive development and succession planning, at Beneficial Management Corporation, a Fortune 100 financial services organization.
