Substitution and Cancellation Policy
Substitutions of registrants can be made at any time. Cancellations and transfers are subject to a 25% charge unless received in writing one week prior to the program. Registrants who do not cancel in writing prior to the program date and who do not attend are responsible for the entire fee.

Instructor Background: Carole Grau, Senior Partner, Taliaferro/Grau Associates, a firm specializing in developing speaking, listening and conflict resolution skills. She is a speaker, trainer, executive coach, and mediator. Ms. Grau is a founding member of the International Listening Association and a trainer for the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia University.
Jennifer Grau, Consultant, Taliaferro/Grau Associates, an interpersonal communications consulting firm. Ms. Grau has ten years' experience as a consultant, teacher, and speaker. She has taught courses at the university level in persuasion, rhetoric, and organizational and gender communication.
Patricia Hunter, Associate, Taliaferro/Grau Associates, an interpersonal communications consulting firm. Her 20 years' training and consulting specialities include interpersonal communication, platform speaking, listening, negotiation, mediation, and team building.
