This workshop focuses on determining the needs and interests of management and the bargaining unit and aligning collective bargaining objectives with overall business objectives. Attendees will cover establishing management objectives and bargaining positions and setting management's collective bargaining priorities. Preparation for Collective Bargaining (LR201) is a required prerequisite and must be completed prior to taking Effective Collective Bargaining Skills and Strategies (LR203). Two days. Fee per person: $1495. Fee includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments.Strategic preparation is critical to successful collective bargaining. This workshop focuses on determining the needs and interests of management and the bargaining unit and aligning collective bargaining objectives with overall business objectives. You will cover:
