Program Overview
The program has been designed and developed by Dr. Harold Kerzner, world renowned as the "master" of project management. It includes all knowledge areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) Guide and practical examples from the field to help you to establish project management firmly in your organization. This is advanced project management training that will challenge your thinking, introduce you to new management concepts and provide you with the essential principles necessary for professional success.

The Program Structure
Programs are scheduled around the world at convenient locations. This is a three-month-long program (two days the first two months, three days the third month).

  • Project Scope Management lays the foundation of how to systematically identify the key deliverables of the project.

  • Project Human Resources Management addresses the essential staffing issues for the project.
  • Project Cost Management covers the cost control methodology.
  • Project Risk Management is a critical area which identifies the risks, analyzes them and plans ways to handle them.

  • Project Procurement Management covers the essentials of procurement decisions and contract administration principles.
