Course Description
Individual and team success depends upon the ability of individuals to communicate with others and be understood. The communication skills covered in this course are required to successfully exploit individual and group potential, focus a team’s efforts, maximize creativity, influence another’s thoughts and actions, and continually improve quality and productivity.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Course fees for public registration courses are fully refundable if Boston University receives written communication of the cancellation or reschedule on or before the 14th day before the course start date. Boston University will accept notification via U.S. mail, fax, or email.

Cancellation or reschedule requests received fewer than 14 days before a course start date will be charged a fee equal to 25% of the course or seminar fee. Please note: there are no refunds available for cancellation or rescheduling of a boot camp registration received fewer than 14 days prior to the start date.

If you fail to attend the course or boot camp without giving notification to Boston University, the full course or boot camp fee will be charged. A substitute may be sent in your place to avoid penalties. Credit card payment refunds must be credited to the same credit card account number.

The Boston University Corporate Education Center may cancel a class due to low enrollment; a 10-day notice is typically provided to enrolled students.
