Instructor Background: BILL YOUNGER, C.E.M., C.E.P., has developed and administered energy and resources management activities and training programs for commercial and industrial facility operators and energy professionals for over 15 years. He is currently director of facilities for Lineo, Inc., where he is responsible for oversight of facility operations and contracted facility support services worldwide in support of Lineo offices. Previously Mr. Younger managed energy auditing activities, motor system management programs, and provided technical sales support for utility tracking and facility management products for Macro International and Enron Energy Services.
ALBERT THUMANN, P.E., C.E.M, is Executive Director of the Association of Energy Engineers. A thirteen year veteran of the Bechtel Corporation, he has conducted numerous seminars and authored several classic texts on energy engineering and management. He holds a MSEE and MSIE from New York University.
