This highly interactive workshop provides EEO practitioners with the advanced skills needed to identify and address more complex issues in EEO law and procedure. Uniquely taught from the plantiff's and defense perspectives, this is a practice-based course where you will simulate an actual EEO dispute from an internal complaint to a trial using a single case study.
