Students can attend either one, or both days of this two day seminar.
DAY 1 - PRINCIPLES, COMPONENTS & SYSTEMS
In day 1 of this seminar, students are provided a broad introduction to Air Conditioning and Refrigeration - a great overview for apprentice technicians, multi-craft trades people, building managers, or anyone who wants to understand the general principles and concepts of A/C and Refrigeration. In addition to understanding these general principles, students will learn about the primary components and accessories used in air conditioning systems, how they work, and where and how these components and accessories are used in HVAC&R systems. Providing the student a well-rounded introduction to Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is the primary goal for Day 1. Discussions about refrigerants & oils, and accompanying regulatory laws will also be included in this first day.

Who We Are
American Trainco was founded upon the experience of industry veterans. John Schuster (President and CEO) and Dan Sciantarelli (Vice-President of Sales) have over 35 years combined experience in bringing quality education to the maintenance worker. Since our inception in July of 2002, American Trainco has received a host of other industry veterans who, like our founders, grew up in competitor companies only to be ousted by corporate buyouts or economic stress. As a result, we have collected a kind of “all-star” team, able to provide our clients and customers with the highest and most consistent quality training available.
The founding principle of our company is simple...Train our students as if they were our employees, in the practical skills that will help them in their job today! That’s Real World training…for Real World Needs!
