Managers of groups of people – “teams,” “departments,” “divisions,” must lead the work group to be as productive as possible over the long run. This means the manager has to successfully juggle a number of interpersonal skills on a daily – sometimes minute-to-minute – basis.

Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Substitutions of registrants can be made at any time. Cancellations and transfers are subject to a 25% charge unless received in writing one week prior to the program. Registrants who do not cancel in writing prior to the program date and who do not attend are responsible for the entire fee.

Anthony Panos, President of Performance Training Inc. Mr. Panos possesses over 20 years of experience teaching and consulting in management development and human resources. Previously, he was the Director of the ILR School’s management programs. Mr. Panos has had over 15 years of front-line management responsibility and he brings those experiences into the classroom.
