We recognize that your time is at a premium, so we make every effort to schedule our seminars at a location and during a time that is as convenient as possible to you and other professionals in your area. Our goal is to provide you all the benefits of a live seminar, with a minimum of travel, time away from the office and expense.
Guarantee - If you aren't satisfied with a live program or online training resource, call or write us within 60 days of program attendance or online product receipt and we'll make it right. For shippable product orders, please return the product within 60 days of the product receipt and we are happy to refund the product price minus shipping costs.
Cancellation - We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend a program please contact Customer Service. We'd be happy to assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague, setting up a credit for a different NBI event, or sending you the manual and audio recording of the event plus shipping. If you prefer, you may receive a full refund, less a $20 processing fee, if you cancel 4 or more business days prior to the seminar. Any cancellation received within 3 business days of the seminar will not be eligible for a cash refund, but may still take advantage of one of the alternate options listed above. The processing fee of $20 will apply, and any registration that is converted to a manual and audio recording of the event will incur an additional shipping charge.
