The answer lies in successful innovation-both in the core business and in new markets. Redefine and better implement innovation in your organization using the groundbreaking research and field work of Innosight and their founder, Harvard Business School Professor, Clayton Christensen. Learn a predictable and repeatable proven process for driving growth through innovation. Use practical tools and real-life case studies to spot internal and external opportunities for innovation. Understand and apply the power and methodology of "disruptive innovation". Only 1 in 10 companies is able to maintain an above-average rate of growth for more than a few years.
