Cancellations received up to 14 calendar days before the seminar start date are refundable, less the $50 registration fee. Cancellations received inside 14 calendar days from the seminar start date can be credited to a future seminar. Credits must be used within 12 months from the original credit date. Be sure to request a cancellation number. The $50 registration fee will be retained for all cancellations and no-shows.

All sessions start promptly at 8:00 am and finish at 4:30 pm. An information- exchange luncheon is held from 12:00 to 1:00 pm and is included in the seminar fee.

In order for everyone to get the most out of our sessions, all seminars start promptly at 8:00AM and finish at 4:30PM. NTT, Inc. reserves the right to amend this schedule. When you attend an NTT seminar, we'll provide refreshments plus a lunch from 12:00PM to 1:00PM. This saves you the time, trouble and expense of running out for a meal. As an added benefit, it provides you with a great opportunity to talk with others in your field and share ideas and experiences.

Hotel Accommodations

NTT, Inc. reserves a block of rooms at the host hotel for your convenience. BOOK EARLY - This block of rooms will be released back to the hotel approximately 30 days from the seminar start date. Within 30 days of the seminar start date, the rooms are booked based on availability and lowest available rate. NTT will send you complete hotel information the same day we receive your registration. Please make reservations directly with the hotel, and be sure to identify yourself as being with the NTT group to take advantage of any discounts that may have been negotiated. Hotel accommodations are not included in the seminar fee and are not guaranteed with your registration.
