Studies have found executive coaching may be the best way for organizations to enhance the performance of leaders in increasingly turbulent times. Linkage has designed the Advanced Coaching Skills Lab to face this challenge.

This program, led by Linkage’s Master Coaches, focuses on in-depth exercises to further improve critical coaching competencies. Throughout the program,advanced-level coaches engage in discussions on enabling your coachees to execute on their action plan and make the behavioral changes to get results. This program also includes a detailed coaching simulation that enables participants to gain feedback from the Master Coach and peers.

Prerequisite

Prepare a list of ‘do’s and don’ts of successful coaches’ to share throughout the program and complete the Advanced Coaching Skills Self-Assessment to determine your focus for development

Program Curriculum

This program, led by Linkage Master Coaches, is focused on exercises and skill-practice to further improve and deepen your coaching competencies:

Participate in one-on-one and peer group learning exercises to take your application of Linkage’s tools to a sophisticated level Engage in rich discussion on how to enable your coachees to execute on their action plan and make the behavior changes needed to get results Take part in an updated coaching simulation from the Core Program and gain feedback from your Master Coach and peers

Post-work

Participate in three advanced-level webinars on specific, timely coaching topics

Participate in three peer-coaching calls with your learning group, led by a Linkage Master Coach

Registration and Cancellation Policy

A credit card number is required at the time of registration to process the registration. If full payment is not received four weeks prior to the program, the credit card will be charged at that time. Full payment is required upon registration for any registrations received within four weeks of the program.

All workshop registration fees include a non-refundable processing fee of $100 except in the case of Leading Through Communication: The Linkage Communication Clinic, Pathways: The Linkage Leadership Program, and The Crisis Leadership Certification Program (where such fee equals $200) and The Coaching Leaders Certification Program (where such fee equals $400). The processing fee will be charged for any cancellation made at any time or for rescheduling requests made within three weeks prior to the workshop date. Please note that registration fees and workshop schedules are subject to change without notice.

We encourage participants to arrive at 8:00AM for sign-in on the first day of the program they are scheduled to attend. All workshops are scheduled to begin at 8:30AM, and end at approximately 4:30PM. The exceptions are the programs offered in The Organizational Development Certificate Program held at DePaul University in Chicago which begin at 9:00AM, and end at approximately 5:00PM. For these programs only, please arrive at 8:30AM for sign in.

Workshop Admissions and Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within three weeks prior to the program will receive a courtesy transfer to an upcoming workshop, within one year of the originally scheduled workshop, for the amount of the registration fee minus the $100-$400 processing fee per session. Alternatively, you can send someone in your place to the original event to avoid such fee. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing. Program registrants who fail to attend without notification will be charged the full attendance fee.

Linkage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event. In the event of program cancellation, we make every effort to notify participants 3-5 weeks prior to the event. Therefore, we recommend purchasing a refundable airfare. Please be advised that Linkage is not responsible for any airfare penalties, travel, or hotel charges that may be incurred due to cancelled or rescheduled events.

Workshop Prohibitions: Any unauthorized use of the copyrighted Linkage materials that participants receive at any Linkage training program is strictly prohibited. Solicitation of business from fellow workshop participants is also strictly prohibited. External consultants will be asked to sign a nondisclosure form indicating their agreement with the above.
