In this one day seminar, therapists and educators will discover how to best utilize these art forms to restore their clients and students to a healthy state. Selecting the best art medium for your clients' individual needs will be addressed, as well as tips for encouraging your clients to utilize the expressive arts long-term for personal restoration. Because grief work can be applied in a variety of settings, attendees will discuss the best methods for using these techniques in individual and group settings. Finally, participants will discuss how they can apply these therapeutic techniques to guide them with their own self-care.
