A special one-day offering based on Linkage's best-selling change & transition tools. Managers today are being called upon to lead change at multiple levels of their organizations with fewer and fewer resources. Despite this charge, they often lack the necessary tools and training to help their teams successfully navigate change and become more nimble and resilient for future initiatives. This special one-day intensive session draws upon the key tools and models from Linkage's best-selling Change Leadership program, as well as Managing Transitions developed by noted transition thought leader, William Bridges. This Boot Camp provides managers with focused tools and solutions to accelerate the change implementation process, while equipping them to help their teams embrace change by understanding the importance of personal transition as a key to the change process. Fee per person: $595

OD professionals are also encouraged to attend as a preview to Linkage’s full skill-building Change Leadership and Leading Organizational Transition: Train-The-Trainer Program, offered in exclusive partnership with William Bridges & Associates.

Registration and Cancellation Policy

A credit card number is required at the time of registration to process the registration. If full payment is not received four weeks prior to the program, the credit card will be charged at that time. Full payment is required upon registration for any registrations received within four weeks of the program.

All workshop registration fees include a non-refundable processing fee of $100 except in the case of Leading Through Communication: The Linkage Communication Clinic, Pathways: The Linkage Leadership Program, and The Crisis Leadership Certification Program (where such fee equals $200) and The Coaching Leaders Certification Program (where such fee equals $400). The processing fee will be charged for any cancellation made at any time or for rescheduling requests made within three weeks prior to the workshop date. Please note that registration fees and workshop schedules are subject to change without notice.

We encourage participants to arrive at 8:00AM for sign-in on the first day of the program they are scheduled to attend. All workshops are scheduled to begin at 8:30AM, and end at approximately 4:30PM. The exceptions are the programs offered in The Organizational Development Certificate Program held at DePaul University in Chicago which begin at 9:00AM, and end at approximately 5:00PM. For these programs only, please arrive at 8:30AM for sign in.

Workshop Admissions and Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within three weeks prior to the program will receive a courtesy transfer to an upcoming workshop, within one year of the originally scheduled workshop, for the amount of the registration fee minus the $100-$400 processing fee per session. Alternatively, you can send someone in your place to the original event to avoid such fee. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing. Program registrants who fail to attend without notification will be charged the full attendance fee.

Linkage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event. In the event of program cancellation, we make every effort to notify participants 3-5 weeks prior to the event. Therefore, we recommend purchasing a refundable airfare. Please be advised that Linkage is not responsible for any airfare penalties, travel, or hotel charges that may be incurred due to cancelled or rescheduled events.

Workshop Prohibitions: Any unauthorized use of the copyrighted Linkage materials that participants receive at any Linkage training program is strictly prohibited. Solicitation of business from fellow workshop participants is also strictly prohibited. External consultants will be asked to sign a nondisclosure form indicating their agreement with the above.
